Megan Sunday is an archivist, writer, and pop culture enthusiast. She lives in Maryland with her husband, toddler, and a growing collection of paperback horror novels.
She writes about V.C. Andrews books at trappedintheattic.wordpress.com.
I've been recapping/reviewing the works of V.C. Andrews over at https://trappedintheattic.wordpress.com/ for a while now, but I thought it would be fun to expand my horizons a little and write about some of the other stuff that I find myself reading.
The title credit goes to my brother, who texted me that very question when presented with the plot of Slither by John Halkin.
I read a lot of things. Horror from the '70s and '80s. Religious historical fiction. Romance novels. History books. Wikipedia articles about mysterious disappearances. And books about giant crabs that kill people.
SEVERAL books about giant crabs that kill people.
So the plan is as follows: I read something, I tell you about it, I tell you why I read it, I tell you if I think you should. Hopefully in an entertaining fashion.
Sound good? I hope so.
I think we'll have a good time.
